Quality control & assurance, checked at every stage — not just before shipment.

A bulk order is only as good as its worst carton. We inspect raw materials, in-line stitching, mid-production output, and finished, packed goods against AQL standards, so what you approved in the sample is what arrives at your door.

Where quality control happens

Checks built into the production line itself, not bolted on at the end.

Raw material inspection

Fabric weight, color consistency, and defect rate checked against the approved sample before cutting begins.

Fabric & trim testing

Shrinkage, colorfastness, and trim durability tested so the finished garment holds up after wash and wear.

In-line production checks

Spot inspections on the stitching floor catch seam, measurement, and construction issues while they're still cheap to fix.

Mid-production inspection

A formal DPI once a meaningful share of the order is complete, checking workmanship against the full order run.

Pre-shipment inspection (AQL)

Full AQL-based sampling on finished, packed goods — the last checkpoint before anything leaves the factory.

Packaging & documentation review

Carton marking, packaging integrity, and shipment count verified against your packing instructions.

Inspection standards we follow

Each stage has a defined checkpoint, so nothing depends on catching a problem "by chance."

StageWhen it happensWhat we check
Raw material inspectionBefore cuttingFabric weight, color, shrinkage, visible defects
In-line inspectionDuring stitchingSeam quality, construction, running measurements
Mid-production (DPI)~40–60% completeWorkmanship consistency across the full run
Pre-shipment (AQL 2.5)100% complete, before packingFull AQL sampling, function, measurements, finish

Why B2B brands trust our QC

Built for buyers who can't afford a container of goods that don't match the sample.

Dedicated in-house QC team

Inspectors independent of the production line, following a fixed checklist at every checkpoint.

Third-party inspection welcome

SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or your own inspector can access the floor at any pre-shipment stage.

Defect classification standards

Critical, major, and minor defects tracked separately, so decisions are based on data, not opinion.

Documented inspection reports

Every inspection is recorded with photos and measurements, and shared with you before goods ship.

Quality control — common questions

Can we bring in a third-party inspection company?

Yes. SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or an inspector of your choice is welcome to schedule a visit at any pre-shipment stage. We coordinate factory access and provide our own inspection records alongside theirs.

What AQL level do you inspect against?

Our default is AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects, in line with common industry practice. We can inspect to a stricter or different level if your buyer or retailer requires it — just let us know before production starts.

What happens if defects are found during inspection?

Flagged units are pulled for rework and re-inspected before packing. Goods that don't meet the agreed standard are not shipped without your sign-off — you decide whether to accept, rework, or reject an affected batch.

Do you provide inspection reports?

Yes. Each checkpoint is documented with photos, measurements, and defect classification, and a full report is shared with you before goods ship.

Can we request additional inspection stages for a specific order?

Yes. Inspection points can be customized per order — for example, adding a raw material inspection or a mid-production DPI for higher-risk or first-time product categories.
