What Incoterms do you work with?

We commonly work on EXW and FOB terms, and can discuss CIF or DDP depending on your freight forwarder setup. We'll confirm which terms fit your order and who's responsible for what at each stage.

Who's responsible for import duties and taxes?

Import duties and taxes are set by your destination country's customs authority and are typically the buyer's responsibility. We're not customs brokers or tax advisors — for exact duty rates or import requirements for your product and country, we'd recommend confirming with your customs broker or a licensed freight forwarder.

What documents do you provide for customs clearance?

A commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin are prepared for every export shipment. Additional documentation (like specific compliance certificates) can be arranged if your destination market requires it.

Do you ship directly to the USA and Europe?

Yes. We ship directly from Sialkot, Pakistan to both regions, and can also route European orders through our Enschede, Netherlands warehouse for faster last-mile delivery.

Can you use our own freight forwarder?

Yes. If you have a preferred freight forwarder or work on EXW terms, we're glad to coordinate pickup directly with them instead of booking freight ourselves.
